Hunting for Eggs

Grandma & Grandpa Snell made and easter egg hunt for the girls. They loved looking for them, but even more, they loved what was inside! Candy, lipstick, stickers, and money!

Easter 2008

Grandma Snell took all the girls to Kangaroo Zoo in Pleasant Grove. Tai had fun going down all the blow up slides. Teya & Maili weren't to sure about it all at first, but they soon found out how fun it could be.

Let's go fly a kite

After confrence on Sunday, it was a little bit breezy and we all had cabin fever, so we got out Tai's Dora kite and took to the skies! It was all fun until Teya let the kite go and it flew through the air and landed in the trees up the lane. But what was even funner, was seeing Grandpa Kendall shimmy up the tree to get it down! What a guy!!!

Learning to rope

Who could resist this cowgirl and her daddy? I got home on Saturday 3/29/08 and Jake had bought Tai a pink rope. It was the cutest thing-of course Jake had to get a new rope too! But their target didn't move to much, so it was easy practice for Jake. Over the next couple of days Jake injured me three times with that little pink rope. Once when he roped my arm and gave me rope burn, second when he set a snare on the ground and when I walked into it andwhen he pulled, it cracked my toenail, and third when he was going to rope me again and the rope hit my pinkie and ring fingers on the end (they burned for and hour). Gotta love those cute pink ropes!

We had a fun day getting the garden ready to plant on Saturday. Teya and Daddy rode on the good OLD Kabota, while Tai and I played. I think that we will have a HUGE garden this year, but it will be fun to have the girls help out with watering and pulling weeds (or vegetables).
